Imbarbura tree frog – H. picturatus

Today’s frog is the Imbarbura tree frog – H. picturatus.  These frogs can be found in secondary forests and clearings where many tall trees remain.  They are present in primary forests close to large rivers only.  Breeding will take place in flowing water – doesnt matter if it is slow moving or fast flowing.
